Where does Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo rank among the top 10 Asiwaju Bola Tinubu  Tutelages

Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo is arguably cream of the crop among the top politicians groomed by the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress(APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu. The Nigerians and critics think so, and even the  Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo is vocally appreciative.


Though that claim splits opinion and it’s challenging to quantify the best politicians groomed for Nigeria future by the Lion of Bourdillion, Tinubu.

#10. Governor Ibikunle Amosun


There is a famous story about how Senator Ibikunle Amosun met Asiwaju Tinubu. The story says he was  introduced to Tinubu by Babatunde Fowler when he was gunning for the gubernatorial seat of Ogun State.

It was also learnt that when Amosun was having financial hardship during the build up to the 2011 election, Asiwaju Tinubu rescued him by offering him few tax jobs in Lagos State to boost his governorship campaign.

Chief (Mrs) Olateju Phillips, is first daughter of the late billionaire, Ambassador Antonio Oladeinde Fernandez. She was one-time commissioner for Commerce, Industry and Tourism in Lagos State

#8.  Lai Mohammed


Alhaji Lai Mohammed is a man with mind blowing statistics and hot button information. He was Asiwaju Tinubu’s former Chief of Staff between 1999 & 2002.
Lai Mohammed was the National Publicity Secretary of All Progressive Congress (APC) in Nigeria. He was on November 11, 2015 sworn in by President Muhammadu Buhari as Minister of Information and Culture.

#7.  Babatunde Fashola


Mr. Babatunde Fashola, was Asiwaju Tinubu's chief of staff and successor in office. He was Lagos State Governor from May 29, 2007 to May 29, 2015. He is currently the Federal Minister of Power, Works and Housing.

#6  Babatunde Fowler


Dr Babatunde Fowler was appointed by Asiwaju Tinubu as Executive Chairman Lagos State Board of Internal Revenue and Chief Executive Officer Lagos State Internal Revenue Service. He is presently the Executive Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service.

#5.  Kehinde Bamgbetan


Honourable Kehinde Bamigbetan is a man with massive future ahead of him. He was Asiwaju Tinubu’s Deputy Chief Press Secretary from 2003 to 2005 and his Chief Press Secretary from 2005 to 2007. When Asiwaju Tinubu left office in May 2007, he continued as his media adviser until he was elected into office as Executive Chairman of Ejigbo LCDA.

#4.   Rauf Aregbesola


Osun State Governor, Rauf Aregbesola, was ex-Lagos Commissioner for Works and Infrastructure, appointed by Asiwaju
.
Aregbesola is among the A list of politicians brought to stardom by Bola Tinubu. In appreciation, Mr. Rauf has silver trumpet that he uses to blow the name of world anointed "Jagaba" of politics.


#3. Femi Gbajabiamila


Honourable Femi Gbajabiamila is Majority Leader of the House of Representatives representing Surulere 1 Federal Constituency of Lagos State. Political watchers and keen observers did opine that, he is a favourite political godson of National Leader of the All Progressives Congress(APC), Asiwaju Tinubu

Speaking in Lagos at 50 anniversary gala night which held at Lagos House, Ikeja, He said:

“I did not and I had never met Bola Tinubu before I was appointed commissioner and that says a lot about the kind of individual that he is."

Osinbajo served as Lagos Attorney-General and Commissioner of Justice between 1999 and 2007.
