Girl shares selfie exposing her boobs

Has social media made people more nonchalant or is there something wrong with people these days?

An unknown young lady shared a picture of herself with a towel wrapped around her body. The towel barely covered what they were designed to cover, (her breasts).

Even though this looks like a deliberate action by the young woman, it is however unclear if she intended to send the picture to just one person (possibly someone she is in a sexual relationship with), or if she shared it on her social media space, as a means of calling attention to herself.
