Man Arraigned for Raping Two Women "at the Same Time"
Twenty-seven year-old Festus Oyetola, was on Wednesday arraigned
before an Osogbo High Court for allegedly raping two women "at the
same time".
The victims names are Oluwafikayo and Christiana. He was armed at the
time and was also accused of robbing eight other persons.
He reportedly committed the offence with other members of his gang,
who are at large, at Moro in Osun State on November 27, 2012.
The accused pleaded not guilty and the presiding judge, Justice Eunice
Awolalu, adjourned the case till April 13, 2016.
Oyetola, who was arrested in 2012, had been arraigned before a
magistrate court, but the magistrate remanded him in prison, declining
jurisdiction over the case.
