1. Akeredolu Is Next Governor - ProphetTemitope

Pentecostal Church (EPC) Akure on Sunday predicted that candidate of All Progressive Congress (APC) Mr. Rotimi Akeredolu (SAN) will win govenorship election schedule for November 26.

In his monthly prediction, the Prophet said that what God revealed to him shows that the forthcoming election will be peaceful and the outcome will be accepted, he further said that the candidate of APC will be victorious.
He urged the people of the State to be prayerful.

2. Nigeria Police Go Arrested 50 PDP Youth Leaders In Ondo State

Officers of the Nigerian Police Force went on rampage Tuesday morning arresting over 50 youth leaders and supporters of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Ondo State.

According to reports, "the youth leaders were invited by the Police from across the state for questioning at the Police Headquarters in Akure, as law abiding citizens, they honoured the invitation, but on getting to the police headquarters they were all harassed and threatened to fill undertaken form and thereafter detained."

Professor Mahmood Yakubu, Mr. Rotimi Oyekamni, said that the commission would abide by the order to accept Ibrahim when served with the valid court judgement, and if there was no overriding ruling from a superior court .Oyekamni said INEC, as a creation of the kaw would obey any order validly made by a court of competent jurisdiction.

5. Agunloye Gets Female Running Mate

THE Social Democratic Party, SDP, in Ondo State has announced the emergence of Princess Modupe Akindele-Martins as the running mate to the party candidate, Dr. Olu Agunloye.

The former State Women Leader of the defunct Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, was annouced by SDP National Publicity Secretary Mr. Alfa Mohammed as Agunloye running mate over the weekend in Akure, the state capital.

6. Ibrahim Submits Court Papers Declaring Him Guber Candidate To INEC

Mr Jimoh Ibrahim, yesterday, submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), the court papers declaring him the authentic candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the November 26 governorship election in Ondo State.

Ibrahim’s lawyers went to the INEC headquarters yesterday to formally submit the case documents to the electoral body.
