Ondo Poll: Court Orders INEC To publish Jimoh Ibrahim As PDP Authentic Candidate
A Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission(INSECTS) to accept the business tycoon, Barrister Jimoh Ibrahim, as the authentic governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) in the forthcoming governorship election slated for November 26 in Ondo State.
Justice Okon Abang gave the order for the enforcement of his earlier judgment delivered on June 29, 2016.
The ruling disapproved Eyitayo Jegede previously recognised as the PDP governorship candidate and replaces him with Ibrahim.
